As the weather gets nicer, you may be feeling the itch to move a little more. This May, we challenge you to
#walkforhealth and support the MS society of Guelph Wellington.
Walking more is good for your health so we have created two challenges so everyone can participate at a level that works for their lifestyle, health and goals.
1) Walk 10,000 steps each day. Record it on your phone, fitbit or other devises and post it on social media (facebook or Instagram) with the hashtage #walkforhealthguelph
2) Choose the # of steps that will get you moving more. Commit to walking that amount each day and enjoy the benefits walking more can bring.
For both challenges, download a pledge from http://www.pilatesinguelph.com/walkforhealthguelph collect pledges and submit the pledge form to the studio in June to be entered to win A MONTH OF FREE MAT PILATES at Pilates in Guelph
With this challenge I will be posting a tip for improving your walking each Wednesday in May and writing a blog with exercises about the benefits of Pilates for MS.
