Standing Roll Down

We do #rolldowns all the time.  This movement is often when people #hurttheirbacks but it is a movement our bodies need to make.  So why does it cause #pain? It is all about #Timing.   The motion our body uses to do a #rolldown is called #lumbopelvicrhythm.  The timing of how the #lumbarspine (low back ), the pelvis, and the femurs (hip bones) work together.
