Why should I train comprenhensively?

For those of you starting out, the completion of Level 1 (i.e. Pilates Mat training) is a significant first step. You’ve probably experienced the positive effect of your work with healthy people with basic movement challenges. There is a lot to be said for simply helping people getting stronger in a functional way.

But that is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what you can provide as a Pilates & Movement teacher. Please cast your aspirations wide and plan to take your next levels. Contrary to popular belief, Levels 2 and 3 are not only about learning to teach on the Reformer and Cadillac. They are the main pieces of equipment, of course, but the point of doing the upper levels is to refine your teaching, observation and analytical skills. With Pilates Comprehensive training you will be ready to help people with almost any movement related issue.
