March Matness Day 1: The 100's
The 100's. It is a breathing exercise. Pumping arms helps challenge the breathing muscles. Helping you get the breathing muscles and movement in the ribcage. Do this lying down, standing on the reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair or a barrel. Heats up the body and gets you ready to move.
In our video, we have Donna showing the 100s. Donna DeGeer is a pelvic floor physiotherapist and a Pilates instructor at Pilates in Guelph and Motion Plus Physiotherapy. She teaches Pelvic Floor and Low back reconditioning classes at Motion Plus Physiotherapy at 35 Harvard Rd.
